Jamaica Rocks Japan!
It’s been almost four weeks since the start of the 'Jamaica Rocks' tour in Japan and so far so good! With sold out venues for all shows so far, the Japanese seem to be embracing every moment of the cultural package put together by the Min-On Concert Association in collaboration with the Embassy of Jamaica in Tokyo and the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture Jamaica.
The concert series features cultural performances such as kumina, revival, dinki mini, mento, ska, rocksteady and dancehall. Among the list of performers are Tessanne Chin, Abijah and Ieye. The 24-city tour started on September 9 and will culminate in the Toyama Prefecture on October 16. Stay glued to the Oufah page for more on this tour.
