The stars came out in their numbers for last nights 2012 annual Billboard Music Awards. The awards show saw some electrifying performances from Usher, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber among others. Wiz Khalifa, who rocked the red carpet with his fiance Amber Rose, took home the awards for best new artist. Usher arrived decked out in a blue suit.
