33-yr-old Busy Signal is to face the Half-Way-Tree criminal court on Thursday, as part of proceedings into an extradition warrant served by the US Government for his arrest. Busy whose real name is Glendale Gordon o/c Reanno Gordon was arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport after his flight from the United Kingdom. US authorities have been investigating Gordon since 2002, following his arrest in Connecticut for drug related charges and he later received bail. The artiste is alleged to have returned to Jamaica while on bond. The artiste is also accused of using false documents to travel.
