HEAD of the Island's Traffic Department Radcliffe Lewis says he is still waiting on sprint sensation Usain Bolt to visit his office to provide vehicular documents following his minor crash in Half Way Tree.
Police said Bolt, the five-time World and three-time Olympic gold medallist on Sunday escaped serious injury after his BMW vehicle collided into guard rails in Half Way Tree, St Andrew.
Police said a statement was collected from Bolt but they still need to collect additional information from the athlete
"We are still waiting on him to come in as there are a few documents we want to collect from him and issues we have to discuss with him about the accident," Lewis said.
Police said following the discussion with the athlete a statement will be issued.
